又到了一年一度嘅Dine Out Vancouver Festival 2020 美食節,我記得上年都係拍了一條名為 “學人食FINE DINING 市井級感受美食 – Dine Out Vancouver 2019″,今年跟上年一樣,Dine Out Vancouver 揀選了幾百間餐廳,再以25, 35, 45 的餐單吸引為食貓,每到呢個Event 我都會建議大家盡可能揀選$45的餐單,因為通常都係比較高級的餐廳,而平常較少去,就算去也要花費每位近百元,但在美食節期間 價格也比平常便宜很多,下次大家就要好好把握機會

今次我地揀選了西溫嘅ANCORA Waterfront 食了什麼???

APPETIZER :
1. Roasted Yam and Coconut Soup (評語: 椰有椰味,明明無蝦點解有蝦味)
2. Grilled Romaine Salad (評語: 燒一燒原來好食咁多)
3. Albacore Tuna Ceviche (評語: 鮮囉…蘿蔔絲先係最精彩)

ENTREE :
1. Pan-Seared Lingcod (評語: 個汁先正,原來係燒甜椒汁)
2. 24 hr braised beef short rib (評語: 勁滿足,鬆化,牛小排位置可以咁鬆化,牛味濃而不咸)

DESSERT:
1. Matcha Tiramisu (差D以為咬爛隻牙,Tiramisu 加入焦糖脆粒,正)
2. Manjari Chocolate Bar (一入口就知高級朱古力)
